Just a reminder you can literally paint everything with Annie Sloan Chalk Paint, even outdoor furniture, pots and much more........you don't even need to wax!
Just remember any furniture that is teak wood is oily so please be aware this may have the oils show through, i use dark colours to avoid this when painted treated wood (do not use if only just treated your furniture as the paint will not adhere well)
Please make sure you paint on a hot day, and cover your items for a few days if rain is forecast.
Please ask if you have any questions!
Here's are a few outside projects we have done so far this year.

This is such a simple and cheap way of making your old garage door look new and amazing, All for around £30.00.
All you need is a Pot of Annie Sloan Chalk Paint (colour of your choice) and an Annie Sloan Chalk Paint brush!!
Advisable to do it on a really hot sunny day.
To prep the garage door all you need to do is give it a wash down and get rid of any existing flaky paint with sandpaper, once finished just grab your brush and paint, wait for it to dry and do a second coat if needed, let the sun do its job and bake it on and ....................... Voila all done!!
It's so simple, so why not give it a go yourself?!
We stock the full range of Annie Sloan Products for your project and we now also sell online!
So this week we have gone a little bit retro with this beautiful sideboard. Painted in our favourite colour.... Aubusson Blue!
We have created a solid paint finish then sanded ever so lightly with fine sand paper to create a smoother finish then clear waxed for extra protection. The handles are all original and we have copper leafed these to create a beautiful contrast. The mirror sat on the top is also copper leafed and i just love this look.
If you are interested in learning to create different looks and finishes with Annie Sloan Chalk paint, we offer many courses, or if you prefer bringing in a smaller piece of furniture , we can create a bespoke one to one course just for you.
Here's a peek of the workshop we held on Sunday last week. Great ladies and great results on their chairs!!
Both completely individual to them and completely different styles.
We have lots of other courses held here at Creations, please check out the 'paint workshops' section of the website for more info!
